The Middlesborough Milk Rollers hosted this free event in Darlington - a mini one-day tournament to show off the wonders of Roller Derby to the North East. Middlesborough, Leeds Roller Dolls, Central City and a hybrid team called the Quad Squad all battled for the top spot. Cherry Bomb and Bettie Trubble were invited to join the Quad Squad along with skaters from Birmingham Blitz Derby Dames, Lincolnshire Bombers and Severn Roller Torrent. So we donned our orange shirts with pride and did battle with Leeds - click the video player fopr footage of the day's skating. Thanks so much to SRT for inviting us, it was such fun and we met some absolute Derby Legends that we are now proud to call friends.
